I will tell my friends quick subject I wanted to touch on real quick I’m very guilty of this myself but it’s a little term

I like to refer to as closet eating oftentimes we think that we’re doing good we’re working out we’re eating right or better but then we sneak in a bag of M&Ms we sneak in a slice of pizza we sneak in a drink in the closet in secret without telling anybody

because you think you’re gonna hide it but there is a law that your body has it’s called the law of thermodynamics and what that does is that that law does not care about how you feel about that line you put yourself at a calorie deficit you’re gonna lose weight if you put yourself at a calorie surplus you’re gonna gain weight it’s just like the law of gravity doesn’t matter how much you hate it

if I throw it doesn’t matter what I think about gravity it’s still gonna fall you can’t change that the body works the same way closet eating oftentimes ends up at a calorie surplus which is why you don’t get the results that you’re looking for which is why you’re not seeing the changes that you want to see you can lie to your trainer you can lie to your friends you can lie to yourself really but you can’t lie to the law of thermodynamics your body knows what you’re doing it doesn’t care whether you’re doing it in public or whether you’re doing it in private or you’re hiding it or whatever it is your body does not care

Very important words

if it ends at a calorie surplus you’re gonna gain weight so be truthful to yourself make the necessary changes raise your health awareness in order to make the changes that you need

if you feel that you’re a closet eating if you feel that you’re sneaking in things that you shouldn’t ask yourself why and how can I fix that because that ultimately is what’s going to lead to the biggest change everybody good guess

if you put yourself at a calorie surplus you ‘ re gonna get weight it’s just like the law of gravity does not matter how much you hate it


if I think about it’s still gonna get you to change that body the works the same way closet eating oftentimes ends up at a calorie surplus which is why you do not get the results that you’re looking for which is why you’re not seeing the changes that you want to see you can lie to your trainer you can lie to your friends
you can lie to yourself really but you can not lie to the law of thermodynamics your body knows what you’re doing it does not care whether you’re doing it in public or whether you’re doing it in private or you’re hiding it or whatever it’s body does not care
