This recipe is made from cardamom and dragon fruit to create a delicious marriage in a smooth mousse.
Time: 65 minutes
Dark chocolate pieces (1 1/3 cups)
Coconut milk (1 can)
Ripe dragon fruit (2)
White sugar (2 tbsp.)
Ground cardamom (1/8 tsp.)
Salt (1 pinch)
- Blend dark chocolate pieces in blender. Now add eggs, dragon fruit, salt, sugar
and cardamom. Mix well.
- Heat coconut milk in a skillet on medium heat and boil.
- Pour this hot coconut milk into blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Pour mousse mixture into small containers or bowls and allow to set for at
least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
