Time: 55 minutes


Ingredients:
Chia seeds (½ cup)
Water (3 cups)
Salt (¼ tsp)
Coconut milk (1 can)
Maple syrup (3 tbsp.)


Directions:

  1. Put chia seeds in a pot and cover with water. Soak for 30 minutes. Remove
    water.
  2. Now add 3 cups water and salt into pot and boil. Simmer on low heat for 15
    minutes.
  3. Set aside the pot covered for 30 minutes.
  4. Refrigerate it for 4-6 hours.
  5. Top with maple syrup and coconut milk.
