This delicious pudding can serve as a dessert and as breakfast if you have leftovers.
Time: 55 minutes
Chia seeds (½ cup)
Water (3 cups)
Salt (¼ tsp)
Coconut milk (1 can)
Maple syrup (3 tbsp.)
- Put chia seeds in a pot and cover with water. Soak for 30 minutes. Remove
- Now add 3 cups water and salt into pot and boil. Simmer on low heat for 15
- Set aside the pot covered for 30 minutes.
- Refrigerate it for 4-6 hours.
- Top with maple syrup and coconut milk.
